Co-Founder & Director
Rina Shah is Co-Founder and Director at Recruta Canada Inc. Rina brings with her over 2 years experience in candidate screening and general office administration. Rina was a partner in Reputa India, a placement services firm based out of Ahmedabad India where she was acting as Recruitment Co-Ordinator. Rina was also Director in BPO Canada Global Services Corporation, a Surrey BC based corporation where she was looking after company’s accounts, taxation, A/P, A/R, Payroll and Bank reconcilation for over 10 years. Rina is a Licenced Life Insurance Consultant (LLQP) and a Medical Laboratory Technician from India. Rina has done her Bachelors in Microbiology from Gujarat University and currently lives in Waterloo, ON with her husband and two kids.
Krunal (Ricky) Shah
Lead Developer & Content Manager
Krunal Shah is the Lead Developer and Content Manager at Recruta Canada Inc. He brings the expertise of over 10 years of Development and Marketing administration to the team’s advantage. He is the CEO of Web Ratna LLP, a marketing and web development firm based in India, serving a broad spectrum of clients digitally.
Roshan Shah
Technical Architect & Advisor
Roshan Shah is Technical Architect and Advisor at Recruta Canada Inc. Roshan is putting up Product Strategy and defining the Product Roadmap for Recruta Canada. Roshan is also helping with business plan writing using his past experience of startups and also as judge to many startup events.
Roshan is a successful IT Professional in the software engineering and social media technology sectors. Shah was conferred the Star Entrepreneur of the Year award in Pune, India at the Fourth India Innovation Summit in 2010
Roshan has very good expertise in Drupal Development, Ruby on Rails Development, NET based development, 24×7 server monitoring and performance and maintenance services for high traffic Drupal,Ruby on Rails and .NET sites. Roshan has developed and managed global professional technology teams and next generation leaders known for their work ethics and high production.
Roshan has spent over 11 years in various roles supporting clients and companies like IBM, HP, JP Morgan, Macmillan Computer Publishing, Peerflix, Speedware, Satyam as well as Larsen and Toubro Infotech. Roshan was also a Director in NetVision Web Technologies Pvt Limited – a company providing Java Training in Gujarat, India which later went Public.
Roshan Shah holds Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from DDIT, Advanced Diploma in Enterprise Management from AIMA, Diploma in Business Finance from ICFAI and is an Entrepreneurship Graduate from SEEDS, Canada. He is also Sun Certified Java Programmer and a Certified Project Manager.
